How Do I Place my Order?
We are SO happy you want to be a part of the CB Family!
Simply click the ‘ADD TO CART’ button under the products you want to purchase and once you are done, just click on the Basket in the top right corner to proceed to payment. Easy!
During sales and launch periods, we would suggest placing your orders via this website to skip the queues and you will (most likely) receive your order much sooner!
How Do I Make Payment?
You can pay for the products on this website with MTN Mobile money or Visa bank card via our payment solution provider PayStack– whatever is easiest for you. Simply select the payment method you prefer at the checkout after reviewing your shopping cart, and follow the instructions.
Please note: If you would like to pay via mobile money, please have your phone beside you, ready for the authorization pop up message. If you miss this message, kindly click the payment button once again, and the authorization button will appear once again.
There is a Problem with my order. What should I do?
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept refunds of opened packages. However, if your product is faulty, please call us on +233502734866 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, and we will assist in finding an immediate solution for you. Please do double check the details in the description section of what you are purchasing, to understand your contents of your package.
Delivery Process during Sales/Promotions.
During Sales and New Launches, delivery will be slightly delayed due to the higher volume of orders. We will aim to dispatch your delivery to the delivery company within 24 hours, and then the delivery company will ensure a fast and safe delivery asap. Your delivery details will be communicated to you either via SMS or email, and it is advisable to please keep your phone close to you on the day of delivery to ensure a smooth, stress-free drop off.

Standard Delivery - Domestic Deliveries Outside Accra : Kumasi, Cape Coast, Takoradi, Sunyani, Tamale: ₵15 - Two to Three (2-3) Working Days
